Roof Repair and Waterproofing
Seeking bids from licensed and insured roofing contractors for roof repair only. This is not an emergency, and I’m flexible with scheduling over the next few weeks.
Photos show deteriorated flat-roof/parapet coating with exposed mesh, cracking, and delamination along parapet edges and roof-to-wall transitions, as well as cracked concrete/clay roof tiles, ridge mortar, and end-cap areas near roof equipment/solar.
Please include labor and material costs, proposed waterproofing/repair methods, whether a permit is required, estimated timeline, warranty details, and your recommendation on whether the issues can be addressed with localized repairs or would benefit from broader recoating and/or tile/ridge repairs.
